A mother's transition back to paid work starts here.
Mothers often face returning-to-work challenges, but we're here to make it easier.
The ongoing struggle of balancing work and family responsibilities hits moms hard. Many women had to leave their careers in 2020 due to childcare challenges, and over 1.8 million are still out of the workforce. Childcare issues and perceived lack of experience are keeping them from returning to work.
In response, the KPF focuses its programs on supporting underserved mothers in Atlanta, Georgia as they reenter the workforce. We recognize the unique challenges that women face in balancing work and family responsibilities, and provide resources and support to help them achieve career success and financial stability.
The KPF provides financial and professional development content through our social media and website, specifically designed to support mothers preparing to re-enter the workforce.
